making exceptions for Playboy, Playgirl, Mayfair, Penthouse magazines, and sex toys

Yeah this feels targeted and i bet even among those that are banned is still also gonna be policed selectively

It's definitely going to be selectively enforced. Things they approve of will either be explicitly allowed or they'll be conveniently "mistakenly overlooked".
