I heard the completely uncensored original version on Sirius XM yesterday and thought of this post. It’s clearly out there, I can’t imagine why it’s so hard to find.

Has there been no appeal of that ruling? I can’t speak to the merits of the law suit itself, but a 1.5 billion dollar judgment? In no universe is that a just judgement for a defimation case, any defimation case. I get that the goal is to silence him, but holy cow.

When I first heard the news my automatic assumption was that it was a mossad hit. However, I am a helicopter pilot with training specifically in high altitude and mountain operations, and I can say that even in VMC mountain flying can be very dangerous if you don’t have a very good training and experience.

I don’t believe we will ever know the truth of what happened here because it would expose the deficiencies in not only Iran’s aviation training but potentially the holes in their security as well if it was indeed a foreign hit.

The Bryant accident, on the other hand…I never took the time to read the final NTSB report on that, but it was obvious to me from the start that there were a combination of factors. Undue pressure to execute from a rich and well known athlete, overestimation of ability and ego on the part of the pilot, and all around tossing to the wind of basic airmanship. And while the charter service being used wasn’t certified to operate IFR, it’s clear they were deficient in communicating and training inadvertent IMC procedures.

All that aside, I think it’s interesting that the Iranians haven’t taken the opportunity to point a finger at Israel, the US, or any other foreign entity.

The problem is that when you explain the difference it makes you sound like a fucking pedophile.

EA once held the Jane’s Combat Simulations license, and from the early 90’s through 2000 made some really excellent combat related games. The Crown Jewels in the series were Jane’s F-15 and it’s successor Jane’s F/A-18. They, along with Microprose’s Falcon 4.0 were the finest and most realistic home flight simulators up to that point. Dubbed “study sims” F/A-18 was so detailed and so well done that the U.S. Navy used it as a procedural trainer. Jane’s Fleet Command is still available, I think on Steam, and is a very fun strategy game.

In making their allegations about Caldecott at last week's board meeting, the couple cited a report by University of Toronto lecturer Michael Akladios, which points out that Caldecott was anti-immigration, and in favour of newcomers assimilating into mainstream society.

That doesn’t make you a racist. National origin and immigration status is not a race. And expecting newcomers to assimilate isn’t just reasonable, it’s required to maintain national integrity.

When I read the post title I was expecting women actively committing suicide in the face of a pending rape, like they were being taken by the reavers.

Miranda.

Ugh I hate HOA’s. Anyway, the descendants won’t allow the cemetery to be moved, and, frankly I don’t see how this is the HOA’s problem. The developer made those promises. The home owners could dissolve the HOA tomorrow and then what? Then who will maintain it?

The HOA can do literally nothing with that parcel of land other than pay taxes on it. What they should do is just give the deed to the cemetary to that family and let them deal with it if it’s so important to them. They’d really be losing nothing by doing so, other than the tax burden.

A couple of thoughts:

In my mind this rather confirms what we knew to be true already; that the UN is a communist organization. Why else would a group of commies encourage the reporting of something they don’t like to the UN?

Secondly, this won’t stop with sexy drawings. Look, I’m not a weeb, I don’t care about anime or manga. But I do know that it is a big part of Japanese culture, and part of the commie modus operandi is destroying culture. It’ll start with trying to get rid of sexy drawings, then it becomes all manga, then it becomes other things.

Imagine having no job, and when one is offered to you you refuse it because “I’m a little more qualified than to be answering customer service calls.” Some day when she’s a single mom we are gonna be paying for her kids because she’s too qualified to work at an available job to pay for them herself.

I don’t know where they’re going to go with that film. I’m sure it’s purpose is to smear people like me. But I got a chuckle when I watched the trailer. One of the belligerents is “The Western Alliance of Texas and California.” Would never happen.

Weapon rights, as there is no excuse for mentally sound trustworthy people to own whatever the hell they want.

The right to self defense will be gone. Regardless of if you have/ use a weapon. Just like in the UK you will have to allow yourself to be a victim, or be prosecuted for defending yourself.

Single sex spaces.

These have been gone for a long time. We are only hyper aware of it now because women are losing their spaces. Men lost theirs long ago through pressure and lawfare to looney feminists who insisted that they be allowed into any male space. The BSA is a more recent, and tragic, example.

I’ve become disillusioned with college ball. Generally I only follow one team, but I pay attention to other teams in that it affects my team. I’ve long thought there was corruption in officiating, but could never prove it. I always just thought, “it isn’t corruption, it’s just your personal bias for your team.” But as time goes by I’m more convinced it isn’t bias or incompetence, because I’m seeing some teams more affected by it than others. But this year is really what has killed it for me, because on top of the corrupt officiating, the people in charge of seeding the playoffs dropped any pretense of fairness and clearly just put the teams that they think are the money makers in the playoffs. I mean, they’ve always seeded it in a way to try and control who plays in the championship, but this year was just over the top.

On top of all that, college ball causes me too much stress. Your team has to play a perfect season in order to have a hope at a decent post season, and even then you have to be in the favor of the corrupt. I only watched about a quarter of our games this year, and didn’t watch the bowl game. Instead I’ve become more interested in minor league hockey. They play so many games that you can lose a bunch without it ruining the season, and it’s funnier to watch.

Well, it died due to network fuckery, however it is my opinion the Whedon would have ruined it, given enough time. I would have liked to have more, but perhaps it’s a blessing in disguise that it ended when it did.

When they got Jeffrey Jones on child porn they nabbed Reubens on it too, he had “vintage” images of naked teenagers. He managed to escape the charges by pleading guilty to a lesser charge.
