It is mostly about them trying to form their own counter narrative in order to engage their shills and loyalist in order form enough of argument that their action is good and yours is not. This is arrowhead studios, their own repute is not the most customer friendly historically and they are Swedish company. Helldivers are the one property they always cooperated with sony, Other publisher they have cooperated with is Paradox and WB Games.

Hmm, I think we need to add more bureaucracy to this deal, How about the government design a special form in which the people need to gather all their criticisms, this form can only be submitted once every 4 year, and the people will have about 2 weeks to fill it in once it has been opened. The request to open is submitted to the government which will review the request and then after arbitrary time up to about 4 years will publish it for the people to fill in. This ensures that that peoples voice are still heard without causing undue mental health problems for our glorious leaders, aswell as ensuring all is done in the proper civilized manner.

My understanding is that only early game is currently worth it so will wait until it get more fleshed out, that and it can handle large cities.
