Non-competes are bullshit, but this is another agency power grab. I think it should give an interesting battle at the SC when it gets there though. I'm worried about the precedent if it is ruled the FTC can butt in on this, but we'll just have to wait and see. I think it should be a state issue or, if federal, legislated by congress.
