The saga begins is also a good choice, lol
my understanding is Dylan was one of the people it was fun to dig into the symbolism of?
that sounds awesome. =)
hey, to each their own, lol. I just never could stand the stuff, personally.
find me a beer that doesn't taste like piss, and I'll show you a white blackbird...
Even supposedly premium brands like heiney's are vile as far as I'm concerned...
depends where you're looking. there's some indie stuff that's looks promising... Richard C. Meyer made some comics I'd like to read for example.
That's more then trying to pander to the American market. They think it's our culture now...
hehehehehehehehe....
also, If I want the opinions of an online feminist on anything, ill think about it really hard while bashing my head in with a sledgehammer and record whatever comes out of my mouth afterwards.
I assure you, it will be more coherent and sane.
thankfully, japan has done a pretty good job of dodging the woke mind virus so far, lol.
you think that's bad, look at one punch man and my hero academia, they're even kicking our asses at the super hero genres, with heroes modeled after american comic book heroe archetypes, ferchrissakes...
pretty much
unfortunately, lotta people are addicted to outrage these days (the internet's a big part of that, though there are other factors), so they look for any little thing to be offended by... naughty words just happen to be the easiest way to get their dopamine fix.
it happens on the right as well, though it tends to take slightly different forms, and it's not as big of an issue. ( an example was a story posted on I think thedonald or gaw a few days ago about black equestrians not being able to fit their oversized hairdos under riding helmets. it was retarded as hell, but nothing out of the ordinary at this point, honestly)
Sidenote: I hate the word "nigger". I hate when people use it to hurt people etc.
But it's also a perfect litmus test of how committed a site is to the concept of free speech. If you can say it without getting banned, put on a naughty list, etc. then the site is worth supporting.
Why it's so important to resist speech restrictions
Oh hell retard was the go-to insult when I was a kid...
I always looked at it like "an actual retard can't help it, what's your excuse?"
But then the speech Karens fucked that one up to...
the sad thing is faggot was well on its way to becoming a generic insult, rather than a specific slur before these faggots showed up and fucked everything up.
"don't say gay when you mean stupid"
bitch, that's the gayest thing i'd ever heard up to that point (the times, they are a-changin)
honestly, i'm more of a metalhead than anything, but yeah, tony hawk had some great tracks...
ditto, but this one...
...All I know is that the fact you got more than a couple chapters in before wanting to reach through the page and strangle the main character puts you above me...
Keep in mind, I'm a person who, if I read more than a paragraph or two into a book and it doesn't grab me, normally I'll put it down because otherwise, I almost have to finish it, itll drive me crazy if i don't, and I couldn't finish the damn thing... I got (maybe) four chapters in,a nd couldn't force myself to read anymore...
Reddit has the worst reputation of any site on the internet.
tumblr has entered the chat.
just saying, the site's barely relevant, and people still mock it...
I've been enjoying well made cute games
might try iron snout. it's this one-handed free-for-all where you play a pig fighting for his life against waves of wolves.
The art style heartens back to classic flash games, but it's pretty solid.
stuck mostly to indie stuff and picking up classics when they're cheap. I played Control. that was pretty fun.
Mostly it's been 7dtd and this free twitch-reaction game called iron snout (found it on steam a while ago, was a linux exclusive for a long time, oddly enough, but it has a windows version now, and possibly mac as well?)
as far as I know, the two are interconnected, so the same database applies to both.
for instance, https://scored.co/c/kotakuinaction2 and https://communities.win/c/KotakuInAction2 both point at the same community.
I think they said they wont be issuing anymore .win domains, but that's the only change I can think of off the top of my head. =/
okay, can somebody explain something to me; is the jury vote on the death penalty separate from the innocent or guilty vote?
because the alarm bells going off in my head are fucking deafening on this one, and I'm trying to figure the angle...
