Amongst other things. If you read the NYT article on it they call her divisive and claim she prevented black people from being at the forefront.

This. The Donald.win was largely kept alive because there was a 3 month period where the subreddit was closed to submissions but directly pushing people to the rival site.

Had it disappeared overnight with no warning I doubt as many people would have migrated.

I remember when Otaku actually visited KiA and KiA2 back on reddit to try figure out the divide between us.

Maybe we should let him know about this place.

Live life as you please, but it doesn't matter whose "side" you're on - angry, zealous, ideological puritans are all the same to the casual observer.

Don't make your life about hating them. If you can, don't hate them at all. It doesn't really make you better than them if you do.

Just realise that they, like you, have good intentions but have been misled on what would cause a good outcome. Realise that 90% of the time they haven't really thought through the mantras they are chanting and can't be specific when they are asked what the problem is or how their solution helps.

But yeah this isn't a fun little club or identity. You are welcome (and often encouraged) to disagree with us on some things because we're not a monolith and we don't issue ideological purity tests to reject people who don't toe the line. Just believe what you believe, think what you think, argue what you argue, and extend us the courtesy to do the same.

The games industry may just be saved if we get boob sliders back.

It was moot to begin with.

You're still sending their payments skyrocketing. Probably costing them more in the long term than the goods they lost.

As always, piracy is an availability issue, not a monetary one.

This is great work. Thanks for sharing.

As a personal preference thing the shortcut bar is a little big for me and can overlap the KiA2/T_D page header in certain circumstances but I can live with it.

Here's hoping this means we'll see an influx of users over here.

There is a difference between introducing a real world idea and exploring it fairly without drawing any particular conclusion; and preaching a one dimensional argument with all the intelligence of the Gawker editor in chief who decided to testify that he'd publish child porn given the opportunity.

Not that the former always works of course, but it works far more often than the latter.

Star Citizen is release day No Man's Sky on crack. It's never going to be released in the format that they've promised and whatever happens people will be very disappointed.

The first two games are relatively old, however they do very well with what they have. And credit to the developers - they keep on patching and supporting their games even after release. I thought much the same about it not looking much before I tried it but it's not a game about beauty. It's a game about story and atmosphere. Which it excels at. It manages to hit you very, very hard with post-apocalyptic bleakness and dread while twinging it with a sense of hope and wonder.

It's horror which doesn't and doesn't need to rely on cheap tricks like jumpscares but instead has a compelling story and world which makes you feel suitably uneasy (balanced well to the point that you enjoy it without it being unpleasant to play).

Bottom line the redux versions of the first two games are some of the ones which always go on sale every steam sale. I picked them both up for less than $10, and they are definitely worth more than that in the experience you get.

EDIT: They also don't fall into the modern game tropes of handholding or crazy obvious tutorial prompts. Hell, the maximum difficulty setting for the games disables all HUD for pure immersion. You're left counting bullets as a glass cannon, but you still have enough information to get by.

The metro series is criminally underrated. And cheap.

And recently I've been enjoying making polygimous incest part of my religion in ck2.

Back on reddit the mods of the original KiA went heavily cucked to the point that they polled the users on a particular direction for hte sub and when over 90% voted to have less censorship, they decided to have more.

KiA2 was created and I don't think we'll ever want to return to a community run by those same mods.
