I think that the smarter thing for Righties to do is hunker down and take the Benedict Option. The Left won, but we know how this will end for them. They can't create, they can only criticize, overthrow and dismantle. They can't wield power responsibly and they certainly can't rule. They'll destroy themselves far more effectively than we ever could.
We have to let the Weak Men create the Bad Times. Only then will the Strong Men find their opening. I don't think there are any shortcuts. As of about 10 years ago people like Steve Inskeep and Renee Montane were making around $400k per year. I can only imagine that's doubled by now.

I think it's over-diagnosed, but I also think that it's becoming more prevalent at the same time. I think it's a manifestation of maladaptive traits spreading through the gene pool, traits that would have been selected against in previous centuries. Our easy, post-industrial living has removed all of the harsh Darwinian selection pressures that made is strong of body and mind.
I think that each generation from here on out will be more autistic, more mentality ill, have lower IQ and be more physically frail. Eventually we won't have enough smart and sane people to keep the lights on and food in the grocery stores. Then society will break down, the harsh selection pressures will return, the weak will die, and strong will breed and over the ensuing centuries re-populate the genome with pro-adaptive traits again.
There's literally no end to the physical clues that tell you it's a dude. The deep, limbic levels of your brain picks up on all of them in an instant. Passing is a myth, anyone who's "fooled" knows what's up and is choosing to go along with it.
