To quote my wife:
"Makes sense, women are fucking crazy."
Judging solely on looks, it reminds me a bit of Banished.
Well does she know she's secretly an incel?
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem for GameCube
X-Men Legends and X-Men Legends 2: Age of Apocalypse
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
GoldenEye (duh)
Diablo 1 & 2
EDIT - Forgot to add:
Shining Force 1+2 on Genesis
The Ooze on Genesis (pretty unforgiving)
Geist on GameCube (janky but fun and fairly unique)
This isn't as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. The setting is different, taking place in a large, metropolitan city that's been invaded. Also, we don't know just HOW diverse the game is. It could end up just being a few Arab traders in marketplaces,.which isn't a big deal. I'd like to point out that there were no diversity hires seen in the trailer, so I doubt they're being super overrepresented.
There aren't quotation marks big enough for the term "Christian conference" being used here.
Great movie. My kids really enjoyed it as well. Not particularly shocking, boys will be boys.
Isn't parody protected under federal law?
Weren't we just hearing about how trans MtF breastmilk was so safe despite the metric ton of hormones they're on? Wonder how that plays into this news lol.
On one hand, I get it. The parents in this particular case were scumbag dipshits of the highest order, refusing to get their kid when asked to by the school and responding to their son being caught buying ammo IN FUCKING SCHOOL by telling him not to get caught next time.
On the other hand, this sets a really weird precedent that'll get abused from now till the end of time.
That's basically how I'm feeling about it right now.
I'm not hoping this replaces common sense or deductive reasoning, just thinking it can be a tool to use that might compliment those things. Thinking "Wow, this news article seems really biased" and then checking if others have had the same thought is more what I'm after, not having a place think for me. It's easy to let our own biases cloud our judgement, so having a way to see what conclusions others have come to is nice.
Now we just need someone near a Sony dev office to go apply and sue them after being turned down.
Sounds like a set up for a 90s rap song.
"Yo, I'm fresher than a loaf of bread"
Are directed EMPs a thing? Maybe I've been watching too much X-Files.
It's actually pretty evenhanded in the satire, mocking both sides of the aisle. The Automaton flag is a literal Communist flag, they call the Bugs (those poor exploited animals) fascists as justification for attacking them, officers talk about "being on the right side of history" occasionally after completing a mission, and enemies are occasionally called a threat to democracy. There's some more, but I haven't had my coffee yet and my brain isn't firing on all cylinders yet.
It also mocks the left constantly, but they conveniently ignore that part when talking about the satire.
It always amuses me when community managers, who had absolutely nothing to do with a game's development, act like they were integral to said development and most definitely know all about it.
Also, the satire is pretty evenhanded and targets both the left and right.
I cannot even begin to imagine the sheer rage that legitimate victims must feel when shit like this comes to light. Knowing how nuts some women are, I'm a bit shocked we haven't seen assaults over this crap.
The culturization part I get, as Japanese culture is pretty different from Western culture, so certain traditions and such from there don't even exist here and might be pretty confusing to the player. But the dei bullshit has got to go.
...yep. Disregard my previous comment, am retard.
Playing devil's advocate...how old were they in 2008?
Just a few years ago the left would have freaked the fuck out over this kind of stuff. Now they rally around it and even praise it.
Sounds a bit like two assholes calling one another the bigger asshole.
I'd chalk it up to piss poor makeup. Not saying that she hasn't hit the wall (though I personally don't think she has - she's still very attractive), just saying that this image isn't necessarily indictive of her appearance.
