So near, and yet so far...

with some pursuing partisan ballot reviews and "audits" of long-ago certified and audited election results.

STOP LOOKING!!

We got the man to sign off on it, who cares what the voters wanted!

Given that part of the issue with the vaccine is that it's not had the time to go through full testing, it's quite bold for you to be making definitive claims like that, Imp...

Because it's more important to show their friends that they're virtue signalling than it is to be effective.

And yes, that characterises almost the entirety of what people like that do.

... is three separate vaccines recommended practice anywhere or does this count as stupid games, stupid prizes?

As I understand it, this means that if they come back into the state of texas, they can be compelled to attend the State House and perform their duties.

I imagine the longest that they can keep this up is until the next election. Is it possible to represent a district if you refuse to go there?

ISTR the definition of lawfare isn't that you expect to win your case on the merits, merely that you expect to spend your opposition out of the courtroom.

How is it bad optics is barely anybody brings it to wider attention?

If you can't read/ write or do math you are not getting in to college.

What makes you think that this isn't going to be the next step. College admissions standards can be very problematic, you know, and can even reinforce racial stereotypes. Much, much better to do away with them and grant admission on an equitable basis.

Well, you're not wrong, the various Pride people in the UK are demanding the right to treat children for gender dysphoria - and yes, that means cutting bits off - without parental consent or even knowledge.

So far, they're only demanding, but it's not a happy place for a parent to be where that's even up for debate.

... so in Loudoun County the kids belong to the government, you just get to pay for them now?

Not that the UK is much better, but we're not quite there yet. I can see why there's such vocal dislike of the US state school system.

Yup, as the saying goes, Jam civil liberties tomorrow has the advantage of never requiring any civil liberties.

but are allowed required to deny loans service to conservatives who haven't taken an experimental treatment masquerading as a vaccine.

This isn't, unfortunately, new.

See the link for a Register article from 2012 detailing the BBC's decision to become climate cheerleaders in 2006:

Eh, as they view it, mere criticism is hate - to the point that they had to redefine most of the biased hate words to stop themselves getting caught in their own trap.

Really shows how good-faith they are when they re-define hateful conduct so that it doesn't apply to their targets.

Remember, their desire to take everything you have and sell it so they can build their own little marxist state is human rights not politics.

Your desire not to be killed at an intersection by some self-righteous culture warrior is politics, not human rights.

To quote Regent Law Professor James Duane, in 2012:

It's been reported that the Congressional Research Service can no longer even count the current number of federal crimes

At the time of his speech, US Federal law encompassed 27,000 pages of law, which may include another 10,000 regulations that are simply referenced and defined elsewhere, including amongst other things, being found in possession of a non-compliant lobster.

Were you to go all-in on this, you would have to record everything off the handset because US Federal Law is so nebulous you would require it in order to correctly detail the catalogue of offences each user is guilty of.

Most of those are in prison. Good.

What happened to Foucault when he was abusing young children in Tunisia?

What happened to Derrida and co when they advocated for the age of consent to be reduced to thirteen?

Why would I? Communism not only hasn't ever been implemented, I've yet to see any argument to indicate that it's even possible to implement.

Well, I'm not OP, but it would help to figure out if you're chanting tribal slogans with no understanding or if you're familiar with the reading material.

So right-wingers are still banned, then.

... how is it progressive to seek to re-implement an old system that has been universally failing for a century now. That does not sound particularly forward-looking, does it?
