Sexuality is biology. It is what it is.

It's a little more complex than that. Sexual procreation is biological; only a man and a woman can naturally procreate.

It's also true that a will/desire to procreate is biological; it's the human condition of biological essentialism to procreate.

Sexual attraction and sexual behaviour, however, are environmental. We see this changing with people all the time, even in heterosexual relationships where someone may become more/less attracted to a person for a number of reasons, based on various types of stimuli (or a lack thereof).

We also see that in certain environments people have switched orientations based on psychological manipulation through physical coercion. The whole "sexual attraction is biological and fixed" has mostly been a running line by Leftists, but there is zero evidence to back up the claim that someone's sexual attraction is immutably genetic. So many people have been duped to believe a lie with zero evidence. Most people approach the entire thing backwards, asking for evidence to disprove a negative, when in fact the claim itself (gay genes) was purported with no evidence to back it up. But this was all done on purpose.

In short, the reason the Left hate gay-conversion therapy so much is because it works, like what happened with the outspoken Michael Glatze. And not just the "pray the gay way" silliness that they use to defame the Religious Right with. The Left uses media such as comics, television, streaming, movies, pornography and early childhood grooming (i.e., ads, programming, education, etc.,) via cultural cultivation to swam people with non-stop homosexuality. As others pointed out above, constant inducement toward specific kinds of imagery and content can alter how your brain processes sexual attraction/behaviour. This is how people become fetishists, engaging in all sorts of fringe behaviour.

For instance, you may have heard about some people getting roped up into the furry culture, and then later engaging in bestiality by having sex with dogs/animals. It's not that they were born that way, but heavy cultural influence can play a big role in that. Biologically it makes zero sense why that number would jump by 12 times the previous figure in less than a decade, and for people who previously didn't identify on the LGBT spectrum.

And funnily enough, at the same time, China and Russia ban such behaviour from being promoted in their society, but have no qualms about promoting in American/European society. The agenda is pretty clear when you look at all the evidence.
