It doesn't look unlikely at this point, though far from certain.

Some media is reporting they are investigating a residence on Atherton Road in Burton, Michigan.

Some on social media say they saw the house that was filled with cops and the google streetview shows a Trump/Vance sign on the back fence.

It has both a house and a trailer at the same address though, so it is quite possible multiple families/generations are living at the address. (IE trump sign or even the truck used in the shooting could be owned by grandpa, etc)

One thing to keep in mind though, the some outlets suggest he planted bombs beforehand, so it likely wasn't a crime of passion and leaving/putting the flags in his truck bed for the shooting was a deliberate decision.
