I would also point out that he doesn't actually substantiate any of his claims, he only posts a ridiculously tiny cropped screenshot of a random dollar figure and claims it's what he says it is.

Government purchases all require an itemized receipt attached for the end of month closeout. He clearly does not have the receipts because he didn't share any. So how does he actually know that's what this spending is? Answer: he doesn't.

I'm sure you have an explanation for why he cropped everything so tightly. Honest people are known for doing honest things like excluding information, because obviously they're so honest there's no need to question them.
