Yes but it wont benefit black people(currently living in North America or Europe) if Nazis seized power. Because they'd have to go back to Africa. Because Africa kind of sucks. And Nazis who don't have a problem with black people living in North America and Europe are obviously posers. Nazis rising to power will have no negative affect on black people living in Africa though.
