Why the fuck would anyone have thought Star Citizen was a scam in that timeframe, when games take time to develop so there's a large span of time in there in which it's expected to have nothing to base opinions off of?

Star Citizen's Alpha 3.0 was when they quit issuing refunds, this was December 2016. I refunded before that point.
