This fools "Contract with Black America" is a joke.

This isn't a contract Cube. A contract would involve some sort of exchange.

This is more like a tantrum.

This is you throwing a tantrum, demanding that you be given special treatment, because the special treatment you've been getting for half a century hasn't done anything.

No one else gets anything out of this, but you call it a contract. If anything it's a mugging.
