As most already know, Millie Weaver of InfoWars was arrested early yesterday. During her arrest, the cop had no idea why he was arresting her, but he insisted on doing it quickly. Her husband is heard off camera telling her it's for burglary.
Latest update 8/17/2020: Weaver and her husband were released this morning. CPS seems to also have backed off for the time being. https://mobile.twitter.com/TweetWordz/status/1295401213165535232

Her booking is stamped before her arrest even occurs, showing it around 2am while she was arrested later that morning.
Greg Reese of Infowars retweeted an article with her charges:
"The charges Mrs. Weaver faces are tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and domestic violence and robbery. The Sheriff’s Office also confirmed she is being held without bond and will remain in custody over the weekend until she appears before a judge on Monday morning."
Millie's father confirms her husband and brother were arrested under similar charges:

A questionable YouTube comment confirmed to have the same name as her mother claims she is responsible for the charges by pressing charges in California over a $50 phone Millie stole during an argument:
Released without bail
Held without bail
Who did she piss off?
The fact that the cops rushed over there without even waiting for a copy of the warrant and without knowing why they need to arrest her shows that this was a rush order from the top. If it's for the phone, it's not in their jurisdiction, nor is it their case to take up since the "victim" already dropped charges.
The DA can still push the charges without the victim's consent. This is probably one of those cases. What people need to do is look at what connections the involved prosecutors offices personal have with bigger names.
Yes, and they would have been told to look into any reports on Millie at the time. If that's the case, then they definitely did it because she was releasing the documentary.
