Someone actually has to sue first.
You can't sue if you don't have standing.
You can't have standing if you haven't suffered any damages.
It's a shit show. Maybe we should just lynch our representatives that pass these laws? Metaphorically... of course...

It has to work this way unfortunately. If the courts stepped in before it was passed, that would be legislating from the bench, which would defeat the purpose of separation of powers. Fixing the legislative branch is the job of the voters. Jewish demons make sure that voters get to choose between trans kids or shit like this. What a country.
