That's the best part about leftist identity politics. Everyone is the same, but aldiversity of identities necessarily generates a diversity of ideas
But also the diverse ideas generated by diverse identities are all part of a special subset of ideas that are perfectly equally valid and important.
Unless the identity that generated the idea was problematic, in which case the idea is automatically tainted and inferior.
