The guy's a bit of a mystery. He might have had some sort of psychotic break in recent times because based on what has been reported, he seemed to have had some academic achievements (of sorts) and made a large family before. As of late, he was apparently living separately from his family.
The whole thing with him having a 'private security' company with a car that could easily be mistaken for a state police vehicle is bizarre to me.
