I still don't understand why these creeps are so obsessed with "seeing themselves" in literally everything.

You even see them do it with things like ultrakill where they claim V1 is a tranny because the dev never explicitly gave the robot a gender. Hell, they'll even claim cannonically female characters are "trans coded" because they've got short hair or like guy things.

narcissism. It's down-stream from the 2012-2013 campaigns against white male protagonists because women and blacks supposedly couldn't identify with them. As if any of us actually believed we look like Nathan Drake, the Master Chief, or Link.

"Would you fuck me? I'd fuck me."

Buffalo Bill has remained undefeated as the most accurate representative of your average online tranny.

But we assure you, he is NOT a tranny! Because trannies aren't violent! Hannibal Lecter and Starling said so!

Have you seen the choice of "trans icons" these troons have claimed? Buffalo Bill's violence and perversion doesn't stick out as unusual.

To use pop psychology, its likely because they lack empathy. They cannot understand other people exist and have emotions, and especially cannot connect with someone on those emotions without making it about themselves.

So instead, they need characters to "be like them" before they can feel anything for them, because the superficial aspects are something they do understand. The struggles need to mirror thiers, so they can then dump their problems and emotions into the character and force them to fit into the box of being "literally them."

To give trannies one piece of credit, that's very much a woman thing to do. Its one of the baselines of women's understandings of the world and their selfishness. However, while it comes naturally to women, with the MTFs is because their kind is riddled with autism and makes these things completely foreign to them.

Tbf, I can see myself in a lot of characters, the whole identifying with goku no matter the ethnicity meme is real. However, we dont want to change said thing and force it to adapt to what we are. Trannies will forever force their 'this character is trans' BS upon every single thing they identify as. The only fix is gatekeeping

They think if they can label some character you like as trans, then that means you like something that is trans, which means that they have a chance at not being despised by you. Or maybe it's just so they can despise themselves less.

Conscious or subconscious, the goal is normalization.

The irony is this behavior makes them more annoying and less accepted. Letting a character like this just exist without making it about themselves, would still push towards normalizing "gender non-conformity." But the narcissism won't let them. So they end up working against their own interests.
