BG3 has much worse issues then having gay stuff in it. The fact that everyone cheers it despite having a trash story in a story game, modern dialogue, modern day diversity and ruined Jaheira made me lose hope in gaming.
KCD 2 was kind of the last breath, "based" developer and all made me hope it will be good. It was not just that they made Henry and Hans bisexual despite being specifically straight in the first one, it was the lies and manipulation, I'm just done with that, I have enough emotional manipulation in my life as is, I don't want this in my games.
It made me realize there is never going to be games that would appeal to me. Was a bit difficult to accept but I had to.
BG3 by all accounts I've heard is a sin against everything that Baldur's Gate was. It just needed to be an adventure set in Faerun but they couldn't stop themselves, they just had to deface a masterpiece.
I’ve seriously am considering to be creator gamer. With tv and movies I rarely watch anything made after 2014 so maybe I’ll have the same policy with games. Although I really am curious to see how ES6 turns out
Go for it. But to be honest it seems a hard task for anyone. I hope AI will get to the point where games can be easily made by anyone but we're not there yet.
I am a "creator" myself, I finished 2 small games and working on a third, more ambitious one. Didn't bother selling them on Steam, but I might do it with the 3rd, I don't bother playing any western game that came out in 2010 or later.

I’m getting there. Still playing Skyrim though
