No, "we literally have laws that say criticizing Israel is antisemitic" is a true statement. Or, if you want to quibble over "law," at the very least "official government stance." And, yeah, you could argue not all criticism, but if you read through the list, it's most of it, and there are absurd tests to determine if your criticism of Israel is antisemitic or not.
