What country do you represent again? and apparently its an "antisemitic trope" to say they have duel loyalties.

I have no idea why they would be invited in the first place.
In any case, he probably did it at the behest of the State Department to signal some kind of American alliance to Israel. Not because he's serving Israel.
But ... if anything, that's worse.
Japan is great. They manufacture and invent and perfect all sorts of shit that benefits the world. They have a huge cultural impact on everybody through video games and anime.
Israel is a fucking parasite that produces nothing for us or anyone else.
If anything, we should be a far more loyal ally to Japan than Israel.
Israel is one of the only decent countries in the middle east and produces plenty of products. It probably has the most successful and properly diversified economies of the region. Like I've said before, they actually don't need any foreign aid from us and we can stop sending it to them. They're really good with their debt, so they can actually pay back our loans (unlike Italy & Greece), so there's no reason not to benefit from that.
And you're right. Israel isn't even in the top 7 most loyal allies. Japan actually is a closer ally to us than Israel.
Israel being one of the only "decent" country in a region of shitholes (because we ship them shit tons of money) isn't really much of an endorsement.
And I'm sure it produces plenty of products but I certainly couldn't name any of them, but a significant percentage of my favorite things in life came from Japan.
It's not decent because it has a shit ton of money. It's a competently run economy.
