Foreigners are most concerned because we've seen our own countries ruined. Most Japanese are still very naive and believe that most immigrants will be high class and respectful as the few that migrated in the past were.

I keep explaining this to Japanese friends and its nice to see how quickly they come around and how some of them are relieved to realise they can speak openly around me.
