An armed foreigner who enters the country without permission is an invader. They should be shot on sight, and this judge should be executed for treason.
Meanwhile, House Dems are trying to take guns away from veterans, just to remind everyone that you're a stupid golem with less rights than a literal invader and everyone you served with died in vain.
That should be the primary issue, I just don't want to give ANY concessions on gun restrictions in the US as they use any restrictions to limit self defence to the point you end up with a New York or California.

After years of seeing the bureaucracy in action, I'm concerned pushing back solely on the gun aspect is a trap than focusing on the deportation aspect.
If you believe in deporting illegals, then the only way an illegal could possibly have a firearm would be if they obtained it via illegal means, unless you decide to stop requiring identification when purchasing firearms. Now if you're coming from the libertarian camp then maybe you could argue absolutely zero regulation on firearm transactions, but what I found odd was that for some reason you chose to argue that our Constitution should protect foreign invaders.
Oh so NOW the second amendment is gonna be enforced huh? If illegal immigrants can have guns why not teenagers too? Last time I checked they are actually US citizens and protected under the constitution just like anyone else
Mexican citizens occupying our territory, however, are not protected under the constitution. Curious how lenient they are with 2A laws when it benefits their agenda huh?
I'd like to think no one here is that stupid. I know we've got some autists and libertarians (but I repeat myself), but this is something else. As someone who's mostly a libertarian myself, we still have rules and laws. And people who aren't here legally don't get constitutional protections...you ideally get deported. If they want to keep and/or bear firearms, they can do so back in their country.
Unless we're actually torturing illegals we catch, or something, other legal questions should be put on hold until they're successfully deported. If you come into the country illegally, and get involved in any legal scenario, the first action is to rectify the illegal entrance. Everything else is moot.
The only good thing I will say about this is, hopefully it could be used to argue for more rights for, you know, actual citizens. But we all know that won't happen. Would be kind of funny if they ended up shooting themselves in the foot (pun intended), and accidentally did away with the entire concept of "prohibited person," though. Lawyers/judges have done stupider stuff.

I'm fully ok with this as EVERYONE should be freely able to carry in the US.
Cause history shows, even when you have gangs of savages with guns, they lose to a fewer armed and train citizens despite numbers.

We already don't allow felons to own guns, considering that then clearly criminal activity is already a preclusion to their ownership.
And illegals are already criminal by existence. There is no new or changing gun law involved in this process.
