For me it's Captain Claw - 2d platformer for PC

Disclaimer: Not claiming it was a good game.

Smartball on the SNES. Loved that shit as a kid. It was a competent platformer, if a bit short. I rented it a few times from Blockbuster.

Game is mid at best in retrospect, and the SNES has many platformers that have held up far better over time.
