I'll never rule out anything, and I do believe they probably have the directed energy capabilities - or near it - that she's talking about...but this seems like an insane lunatic. Her evidence is complete and utter nonsense. Trees are more resistant to fire than ancient, poorly kept "historic" buildings, which was some of what was hit. Even modern houses will collapse long before a big tree. Then much of the rest of her argument was "it was terrible, people died." Yeah, no shit; that's terrible, but doesn't mean it was some malicious attack by shady people. "It sad" is not evidence. She also seems to blame Nazis and racism or something, with the "8/8" reference. And she praises "Gaia."
"This is not credible" doesn't begin to accurately describe this person. When conspiracy theorists should be mocked, it's people like this. And, for the record, they should still be allowed to speak their ideas, I'm not for a second saying otherwise. But this is the person they want you to think we are when they call us "conspiracy theorists."
You don't need a "directed energy weapon" to start a forest fire. Using it for something so simple would be a huge risk if you're trying to keep it a huge secret.
Especially when the government in charge of that area has been getting told for years that their abysmal forest management practices would lead to a wildfire. Even now they are going "Hey, this fire is burning in literally the exact places and exact orders we said it would like 5 years ago."
Much like how a lot of Cali and the PNW were the result of bad forest practices rather than any foul play. Because it turns out that those who preach the loudest about environmentalism are usually the least knowledgeable about it.
