Someone needs to set up a scab service and start pushing screenplays that they've been ignoring for years because they didn't fit the current 'climate.'
There's excellent work rotting away while the crappy ones have been cherry picked for 'diversity'. Just tell the writers to eat a dick and begin accepting work from outside the unions. Studios get to begin work on new projects, writers realize they are spoiled and most of their competition isn't even being considered, and hopefully good scripts start being greenlit again not just ones involving the most...diverse topics.
On an equal playing field most of these people would be unemployed. Grow some balls studios. Bring us back to the glory days.

The more telling one to me though was that the Writers demanded transparency on streaming numbers for the purpose of residuals, and the Studios slapped that one down so fast it left a sonic boom. Dont worry Hollywood, your deafening silence tells me everything I need to know.
