Moving your money to a Ukrainian bank would be just as stupid. Good or bad, the war is happening. If you manage to buy rubles you can't sell them. Russia's not getting out of these sanction in the foreseeable future. They just had a short lived armed rebellion where they shot down a bunch of their own helicopters and now they're disappearing some generals or some shit. The whole thing could come down tomorrow. The same with ukraine. The idea of anyone moving their money to a russian bank is fucking absurd.
