If gender is a “social construct”, then it is by definition not real.
Legislation from the bench needs to come with a following trial for sedition against the constitution everytime it’s used.
That would be awesome, but I don't know why they don't impeach judges more often. That's the proscribed method of removing those who go against the constitution or the will of the people. It used to be more common. Now it's only used for literal federal crimes. It's not like impeaching the president which itself is no longer rare either, so what's the hold up? (I mean, besides the fact that our politicians are fake and gay.)
