Since when do you have a holiday against something? I guess if you count some holidays about martyrs, it might be seen as criticizing the people that killed them. But still it's nominally praising the martyr.
So a 'day' that goes against the affirmations of MOST of the planet that homosexuality is a mental illness or heresy and that trans is mental illness or useful to force on the gays (the bi's kinda escape this because so long as they marry the opposite sex no one cares)
