Much has been said in the past how the job industry has gone bonkers over the last couple decades. Jobs that didn't used to need college degrees require them, the crazy vax requirements, placing diversity requirements, etc. But when did the job titles get so fake and gay, and the job descriptions as well? Example, I was looking up jobs for hotels and there was crap like "food and beverage expert." The titles are fluffed up shit, and the descriptions frequently make no sense as well. When did that become the norm in America? For those of you not from America, is it like that in other countries?

Saw this happening ages ago when I tried earnestly looking for a job at a younger age, realised how fucked it was in any industry I would remotely consider working in and have been working to build up a competing business instead which feels way more fucking rewarding than begging for a job at a company I could well hate. I think now that's what more and more people are going to be considering.
Programming for example is a total fucking joke and it's become a bit of a meme for people who know. When you look at the job description you realise that the people who write these stupid descriptions don't even know what they're hiring you for and are potentially just throwing keywords at the search engine.
Or worse they throw programming language buzzwords and seriously expect you to know several languages in return for being paid fuck all as if any competent professional that knows what they're doing would ever take a second look at those retards for that amount of money.
It's embarrassing and I'm not surprised that there's an economic collapse happening now. What's funny is as well is these employers know they're paying people fuck all and they don't even have the professionalism the majority of the time to send an automated message if your application was denied. They then have the balls to act butthurt on news articles about being ghosted by applicants. I would not be surprised if these were shitty companies that were getting trolled and people were just that mad they decided to fuck with them.
The economic collapse is because of Dem policies. They want to do two things: turn the economy green and fight a proxy-war in Ukraine, except that the one precludes the other due to the obvious. If you do both, you kill the economy.
Yes, but this has been in the works for quite a long while now, I think that's the main point people have been making. They've been taking over whole industries and making sure that only the brainwashed morons from their universities could ever hope of getting a job, they want loyalists not experts. What's amazing is they even went so far as to attack the games industry which realistically was just a small cottage industry back in the day and now they've turned it into this woke, corporatised monstrosity.
