Remember that DeSantis is one of them. He signed the Florida Law that hid in a stipulation that under emergencies the State can forcibly inoculate you in camps.

This is false.

The original law was passed by Jeb Bush.

DeSantis and the Florida legislature removed that authority from the government with the new SB 2006.
