I don’t recall the details, but I do recall hearing at the time speculation that this guy had been released early and essentially allowed/encouraged to stir up trouble at the riot by fed handlers. If there’s any truth to that, I can see a suit against the feds who did that, if the father can prove that they knew he had some sort of mental illness that prevented him from controlling himself. I do not know that I would agree with it, but I at least see the grounds.
I cannot, however, see any grounds for that suit including Kyle. Even if the previous premise is true, that would merely make Kyle a victim of those federal agents; if anything, he could be suing them himself in that case.
I would like to say that the judge allowing him to be targeted is stupid or absurd, but we all know it’s evil.
