Content warnings (and blurring the violence) for obvious reasons. It's literally a game about bloody dismemberment. If you need violence and gore hidden, you're playing the wrong game. It's like choosing to play Super Mario with a crippling fear of mushrooms. And warning about these things in advance ruins 90% of the horror: it's supposed to be unexpected.
Menu narration. The fuck you doing playing a video game if you're blind enough to need narration of the damn menu?
