The odd development studio is one thing, but MS really seems to be pushing too hard. I can imagine they'll be looking at EA and Ubisoft in the next ten years if this goes ahead.
It's easy to take the piss out of Sony over their reaction to this buyout, but their concerns are pretty reasonable. In order for a healthy and thriving market, there needs to be competition.

Realistically, Activision will either seal this deal or become a corrupt tentacle of the feminist propaganda mill.
Or both, not that I hope for it. But we have seen how things happen in these mega companies.
Microsoft is a more trustworthy owner than the California "equality" courts.
