Yet I know a guy who just this week went for his third booster. One of those guys that acts like he's smart and has little common sense. He's "educated" of course because degrees and certifications equal intelligence in their world.

Midwits aren't dumb. They have enough intelligence to comprehend and follow the brainwashing. As opposed to the stupid that cannot comprehend the brainwashing and revert to instincts (which are very effective).
