Here's a question, how does he know there will be issues if it has not happened yet?

What precognitive function does he have?

I know he doesn't. You know he doesn't. He's just getting ahead of the news that there were issues, because there will be issues.

It's all so damn tiresome.

Maybe he's talking to his beloved buddy, the Beanie Man, so he can prepare his video for when the results come in: "Fair elections guyz, the democrats were just better! Please don't start any conspiracies just because 5 gazzillion votes magically appeared at 3 a.m. Just vote harder next toim!".
