Some of them do rape. Sometimes even girls old enough to reproduce

faggotlover69 12 points ago +13 / -1

Not some, ALL of them will rape if given the opportunity.

Well, he might be a father of someone’s children though.

Hey I found a picture of your grandmother's brother, who killed himself, leaving behind a sizable medical debt, after blowing all his money on that weird body modification surgery that was popular at the time.

All that joyfully in touch with their feelings but have incredibly high rates of depression and suicide attempts. They even think the one on the left is the one in an early grave - funny shit.

And lets be honest, even assuming the guy on the left was trans pretending to be straight he had a better, more fulfilling life then the one on the right. Why do leftists not realize there are more important things out there then their sexual fetishes.

Yeah, my grandfathers, for all their "toxic masculinity" bothed lived well past 70, one into his 90s. Guys like that only die when you stop them from working anymore.

Show me you are ignorant of 19th and early 20th century film photography, without telling me.

If you look at his eyes, he looks like he's in a perfectly good mood, for having to sit still for so long. But then, getting your photo taken back then was an adventure and a novelty. The eyes on the right are those of a cultist.

Yeah, it's a nonsense stereotype of the past, like people saying progress stopped during the Medieval Era, or that people used to think the Earth was flat.

Left : I can't feel emotion because women don't like it.

Right : I cut off my dick because women don't like me having one.

Looking at the rise of faggoty numales and the general damage to society, I’m thinking that even if the “stoic male” archetype/expectation does put unfair pressure on some men, it probably existed for a good reason.

I think, ironically, one of the ways feminism does damage applies just as well to a lot of what you say—you aren’t wrong that many classical expectations of men are unfair, and they aren’t wrong that classical expectations of women can be unfair, but neither you nor they acknowledge that “fair” isn’t something considered by the biology that shaped those expectations.

Actual stoicism has nothing to do with suppressing emotions, and is more to do with not being emotional about things that you shouldn't be emotional about.

6
LibertyPrimeWasRight 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes, I know. My point is that it is, in the short-term, easier for men—people—to be openly emotional than to practice that philosophy, and that in theory one might call it unfair to suggest that men need to be stoics. However, the evidence does seem to suggest that “fairness” is irrelevant, and that a society in which men practice stoicism is healthier, with healthier individuals.

As our parents used to say: "life isn't fair."

It is the height of hubris to suggest we can somehow make life fair or "equitable."

Hellsbells00 6 points ago +6 / -0

Men being men wasn't caused by women, imp. Stoicism was a useful trait in hard times for more than just dealing with womens bullshit.

The whole "you should be emotional" thing does how lacking in actual empathy most women are. The idea you're not in tears over x can't mean you feel no need to be in tears over x--people can only feel the way I do!

Of course a mentally ill tranny would claim the one on the right is better.

hungryfreaksdaddy 14 points ago +14 / -0

This is why there is such an overlap between autism and transgenderism. This is classic black-and-white autistic thinking. Either you must be a totally emotionally-repressed automaton or you must be an overly emotional, impulsive, useless mess. There's no in between in their minds.

The truth of the matter is, masculinity does sometimes require you to set aside your emotions. Because if you don't in a crisis, you're a useless, panicky, weepy mess. You need to do whatever hard or dangerous thing needs to be done to survive. Who else is going to? That's the burden and the privilege of being a man. Yes it is hard, and we don't always act in the way that we should; but it is rewarding and meaningful.

That doesn't mean that there is no room for emotions, though. Life should be embraced with passion and zeal. And we should reflect on our lives: past, present, and future. Artists have historically helped us to do so, helping to process the complex emotions that come with human existence. Sadly, many artists have become mouthpieces for destructive, valueless ideologies and are not acting in accordance with their potential.

Ultimately, moderation is important in almost all things. Emotions are important, but must be kept under control.

Men have always been allowed to feel emotion. It's just that typically men don't deal with emotion and emotional situations the same as women. Also, sobbing hysterically isn't the only emotion that exists.

The only thing the one on the right is in touch with is extreme mental illness.

Create it here. AFAIK, there is not yet a “laughing at reddit” board. Except c/shitredditsays, but that one looks dead. So, I guess another option is to try to revitalize it.

voidposter 5 points ago +5 / -0

c/averageredditor does exist, not super active tho. I recreated c/churchofcurrentthing to "laugh at all the retardation of clown world" and i'm trying to keep it more active.

I miss average_redditor. The other one was cucked to hell already.

The feminist talking point that "men aren't allowed to feel any emotion" (due to "toxic masculinity") is a favourite example of mine to demonstrates that feminists don't understand men or masculinity at all.
