Funny you should mention it. The Matt Walsh Show has unearthed some video of the director of one hospital's gender clinic. She gives some figures about how much hospitals make from these procedures:

Phalloplasty: $100,000
Double mastectomy: $40,000
Vaginoplasty: $20,000 (Though the director believes this to be an underestimate)
Hormone treatments: Several thousand dollars per year
