Nothing, as of now, points to the abatement of Haiti’s unwholesome extremities: Of gang violence and a wickedly perennial political instability; of a greatly troubling economic catastrophe, presently exacerbated by the intertribal war between Russia and Ukraine, and the stomach-churning contempt of the so-called international community. Yet this nation, troubled as it is, was once the “Jewel of the Antilles”; the most fructuous colony, or gravy source, of the French government before the Haitian revolution.

I other words, Haiti was only ever good when the French, aka the white Europeans, were in control of it.

When I applied for the position of the Honorary Consul of Haiti to Nigeria, I had to fly to Paris to visit their embassy and made concerted efforts to visit the embassy in Berlin. Haiti has been reduced to nothing by Western powers who know how powerful Haiti would become if not subdued by other ‘powerful’ nations. There are no cinemas in Haiti. Even my friends in Haiti have tried to stop me from visiting Haiti. Nigerian businessmen want to set up businesses in Haiti, but cannot find the courage to go. I know, regardless, that this nation of conquerors is a threat to other nations, though presently scotched to depend on the West. But this eagle must get its wings back before it can again start to fly.

HA! If Haiti could become so powerful, if it represents a threat to the world, why the hell does it need all the countries in the west to prop it up? Why the hell can't it stand on its own two feet as an "independent nation?" And why should it be their responsibility to help it at all? If it's capable of such conquest, why the hell is it still sharing the same tiny mass of land as the Dominican Republic?

And let's say all your claims are true, that Haiti does indeed represent a threat to the world order. Well, that wouldn't give the rest of the world any incentive to stop "subduing" it (however the hell they're doing that), now would it?
