The entire "elderly willing to be euthanized" thing is such an old debate, that anyone who thinks they are making radical or new points about it is retarded.
Because it always comes back to the fact that doctors/government/whoever can't be trusted with that power, and will begin to kill people without 120% consent or manipulate them into agreeing (monetary incentive proves they are already there).
There is no solution to that massive hurdle, so there is no point to talking about it further.
