They were absolutely on board with vaccines being rushed when it was Trump's Operation Warp Speed. Once it became Biden's Mandate, they lined up for the jab.

Incidentally, this is why I don't believe there was a "party switch." You stand still long enough and the party with only double standards winds up on the other side...
