The Trayvon Martin case was really the launching point of mass media's campaign of misrepresentation of facts to manufacture racial narratives. Fake racial accusations, to be sure, have a long pedigree, but that's when it became a weapon of mass deception. From there it's a straight line to the events of 2020 and beyond, where "racism" is now routinely imputed anytime a black person is harmed, with no evidence needed.
The "stand your ground" law is one of the most absurd aspects of it. Zimmerman claimed he was pinned to the ground (and witnesses confirm this), so flight was not an option. The law had no relevance at all to the case. It is testament to the media's ability to craft a false narrative that the idea of stand your ground has nevertheless become associated indelibly with this case.
Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, channeled her grief into a purpose. In an essay this month titled "Trayvon: Ten Years Later," Fulton wrote that her first objective following the death of her son on Feb. 26, 2012, in Sanford, Florida, was to endorse the repeal of so-called stand your ground laws.
Always women. Your purpose is to die in pointless wars for them.
Stand your ground laws had nothing to do with his death.
You have a right to shoot someone who is sitting on your chest and punching you in the head, according to 3 separate witness statements.
Why would Obama's son do this? 😔
Thanks, Obama.

If I recall, NBC blatantly doctored the 911 call to make Zimmerman out as a racist.
Not to mention the entire narrative that he was white.
They were forced to water it down some and call him “White Hispanic”.
The 911 call was spliced together to imply Zimmerman targeted him for being black and wearing a hoodie: https://youtu.be/Xf_AtDnVhyA
If they can’t take your guns they’ll just take your right to defend yourself from an attacker!
Your son was a worthless thug who would have gone on to victimize many. He died the way he lived, trying to hurt random people.
don't start none, won't be none.
