Even if you corrupted (see what I did there?) the definition of corruption to mean some VERY SUSPICIOUSLY SPECIFIC incident... I'm willing to bet that suspiciously specific objection bears some water.

This is on par with saying "that guy was totally killing it out there" and their response being "who says I killed anyone?! I'll sue ya! There ain't no proof!"
