This civil trial was going on at the same time as the Rittenhouse trial, and now the verdict is in by the jury: Unite the Right Rally organizers found liable for violence they did not start, and that would never have happened if the state and local authorities did their jobs in the first place.
This ruling says the 1st Amendment doesn't apply if violent leftists don't like your opinion. They can just attack you and then blame you for the violence and get a court to agree. This is a travesty.
Anyone have good sources that were following the trial? I've heard that it was a shit show with CNN contributor Richard Spencer representing himself. Supposedly, the judge had to stop Spencezoid from reading poetry, and Richtard got into a disagreement over the esoteric nuances of white nationalism with one of the witnesses.

$25 mil in damages.
I would never pay that on principle alone.
You wouldn't be able to pay that period
Not many people could. I don't think they plan on collecting. This was always a strategic lawsuit against public participation.
Waiting for the lawsuits against BLM…

As for what went down in Charlottesville in 2017, see my review of the book Charlottesville Untold.
Also see this recent VDARE article on this verdict.

Okay now I want to read/watch it too.
Richard Spencer should start an onyfans. For faggots like himself.
Do they allow federal agents on onlyfans?
It's C-ville. This is no surprise.
