So, I actually got a summons for jury duty recently (no, I'm not in Wisconsin), but I've never done it before. Do they name the case (defendant and plaintiff) that you'll potentially be working on when they're choosing jurors?
I'm not going to get any specifics as to avoid doxxing myself, but they very much can and do. I got rejected as a potential juror, but we were told who it was about in the selection.

I dont think thats universal everywhere? maybe it diverges in big cases like this.
