I still can't get over the social commentary about corporate media using "healing" and "hurting" as a way to manipulate people into certain actions, best put forward by a certain Windham Rotunda, probably best known to people as The Fiend (a pretty cool gimmick that literally suffered the fate of the very social commentary he included in his meta-gimmick, plus he had a wicked theme song, too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUuaqKuMmrY)
It stuck with me because the Leftists-Prog cult use "hurt/heal" as a way to villainize or lionize certain people and thought patterns. Say something mean about the Rainbow Reich? They have to "heal" from your "hurtful" actions. You showed up at a protest? You "hurt" the nation, which requires "healing" in the form of increased taxation and limited rights. You enjoyed a standup comic's routine that poked fun at certain protected classes? You're "hurting" the process for these "marginalized" groups to "heal".
It's all performative theatrics based on retrograde sociopolitical subversion.
Bring back sanitoriums
and freak shows so these mutants can work for a living rather than staying home and spending "mental health" disability payments
What do you mean, the freakshow is all over modern entertainment.
Yeah but I like the old way better. Opaque tents and you pay a nickle to get in and otherwise you never have to encounter with them.
We decided people with unique or rare conditions were unseemly for display but then turned the septic tank of societies dregs into sideshow performers.
