Absolutely sure. He had a different Twitter account at the time, something like jbasher14 (under which I archived some unflattering tweets), but then suddenly disappeared and returned as 'Bernstein' (which is apparently reserved for such dignitaries as 'journalists').
That even a Buzzfeed employee can become semi-respectable should be proof positive that there is hope for everyone.
