you will not be able to script anything that will get them either
Although it does have a download list feature. You can give it a list of videos you want to download, or give it a channel name and a list of videos you DON'T want to download. Also recommend using the rate limit which should make it less likely for them to notice and ban your IP. (very common if you try to download a whole channel)
Yeah it has an option to point to an "already downloaded" list so you need to put the link to that one video in that list and then download the channel link.
If you pass in a channel URL to youtube-dl it will treat it like a playlist and download everything. It will also let you pick the video format it downloads from the site. I've done that for a few channels I thought were in danger of being nuked.
Good and invaluable program that everyone on this site needs to be more aware of.
There are programs that can download from URLs, too. jDownloader 2 is pretty good, although I don't think there's a way to set DL quality for all downloads at the same time, but there might be a script or addon for it, too.
It's a cool program, though. If you already have a list of what you want to download, you can just Ctrl+C all the links, and they'll be imported into the program. Not sure it's the best option, but it's an option with some nice features.
Youtube-dl has a feature to download a specific size.
4000 is a bit much, and with the dynamic page generation, unfortunately you will not be able to script anything that will get them either.

What channel? Why do you need 4000 videos?
Is it Lauren Southern's leaked OnlyFans?

Not sure if it still works but it could be worth a try as it appears to have the features you want.
